1. Shipping Policy

Fast & Reliable Delivery

We ship orders across Africa, the Gulf countries, and other international regions through trusted logistics partners. Delivery timelines may vary depending on product type, customization, and shipment method.

Shipping Methods

Africa:
Sea Freight: 15–30 days
Air Freight: 2–4 days

Gulf Countries:
Road Delivery: 5–12 days to Oman, Bahrain, Qatar, and Kuwait
Air Freight: Available for urgent shipments

Order Processing

• Orders are processed after receiving confirmation and advance payment.
• Customized items may require additional preparation time.
• You will be notified once your order is dispatched and provided with tracking where available.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs depend on:
• Destination
• Order weight and volume
• Shipping method (air/sea/road)

All charges will be shared in your official quotation or invoice.

Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:
• Customs clearance
• Weather conditions
• Logistics network issues
• Unforeseen international transport disruptions

These circumstances are beyond our control, but we will support you throughout the process.

2. Returns & Replacements

Eligibility

We accept returns or replacements only for items with manufacturing defects or if you receive the wrong product.

To qualify:
• The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• You must provide clear photos or videos as proof.

Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or branded items (logo embroidery, printing, packaging)
• Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage
• Items without original packaging or proof of purchase

Replacement Process

  1. Submit your complaint with evidence.

  2. Our team will review and verify the issue.

  3. If approved, we will arrange a replacement or alternative solution.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only if:
• A replacement is not possible, and
• Your claim is approved after inspection.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

3. Order Cancellations

Before Production

Orders can be cancelled before production or packing begins. Cancellation fees may apply.

Custom Orders

Customized or branded orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
